Lighting Moments Photography: Gallery Terms of Service
Welcome to your client gallery! By accessing this gallery, downloading digital files, or purchasing prints and products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Gallery Access and Security
Privacy: Your gallery is private and secured. If your gallery requires a PIN to download high-resolution images, please keep this PIN secure.
Sharing: You are welcome to share the main gallery link with family and friends so they can view and order their own prints. You are responsible for anyone who accesses the gallery using your link or PIN.
2. Copyright and Usage Rights
Lighting Moments Photography retains the legal copyright to all images in this gallery. Upon downloading, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
What you CAN do: You may download, print, and share these images on personal social media accounts, in personal emails, or in family newsletters.
What you CANNOT do: You may not use these images for commercial, promotional, or financial gain. You may not sell the images, submit them to magazines or contests, or give them to vendors (like makeup artists or event venues) without written permission from the photographer.
No Alterations: The images provided are the final, edited artwork. You may not re-edit, apply Instagram-style filters, or alter the appearance of the images in any way.
Credit: While not strictly required, tagging or crediting Lighting Moments Photography when posting on social media is always highly appreciated!
3. Digital Downloads and Archiving
Downloading: You may download the images directly to your computer or mobile device using the provided PIN.
Backup Responsibility: Once you have downloaded your images, it is your responsibility to back them up safely (such as on a physical external hard drive and a cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox).
Gallery Expiration: This gallery will remain active and online for 6 months from the date it was delivered. After this date, the gallery will be deactivated. A fee might apply to unarchive and reactivate the gallery after it has expired.
4. Print Orders and Physical Products
Fulfillment: All physical prints, canvases, and albums ordered through this gallery are fulfilled by our trusted, professional print lab partners.
Color Accuracy: Our studio monitors are strictly calibrated for professional color accuracy. Because personal cell phone screens and computer monitors are not calibrated, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your personal device will perfectly match the final printed product.
Shipping: Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the print labs. We are not liable for delays caused by postal carriers.
All Sales Final: Because all prints and products are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for accidental orders, incorrect sizing choices, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged or defective from the lab, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must provide clear photos of both the damaged product and the packaging so we can submit a claim and arrange for a replacement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lighting Moments Photography is not responsible for temporary service interruptions or technical issues on the Pixieset platform. Furthermore, we cannot be held liable for the loss, deletion, or corruption of your digital files after they have been successfully delivered to you.
