Our client galleries and integrated store are hosted by our third-party platform, Pixieset Media Inc. By accessing this gallery, you also agree to Pixieset's overarching Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We only collect the information necessary to provide you with your photos and fulfill your physical print orders.
Gallery Access Information: When you log in to view a gallery or download images, we collect your email address and, occasionally, your name.
Order Information: If you purchase physical prints or digital products through the gallery store, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, and email address.
Payment Details: All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Lighting Moments Photography does not directly collect, view, or store your full credit card numbers or banking information.
Automatic Data & Cookies: Our hosting platform, Pixieset, automatically collects standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, and interactions within the gallery, using cookies. This helps the gallery load quickly, remembers your "Favorites" list, and keeps the site secure.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data strictly to deliver our photography services to you. Specifically, we use it to:
Grant you secure access to private photo collections.
Save and manage your "Favorites" lists so you can easily select images for albums or retouching.
Process and ship any physical print or canvas orders you place.
Send you essential emails regarding your gallery (e.g., download PINs, order confirmations, shipping tracking numbers, or gallery expiration warnings).
We will never sell your personal information, nor will we add you to marketing email newsletters without your explicit consent.
3. How Your Information is Shared
We do not share your personal information with outside parties, except for the trusted vendors required to deliver your final products:
Pixieset: Your data (like your email and gallery activity) is stored securely on Pixieset's servers to operate the gallery system.
Print Labs: If you order physical products, your name and shipping address are securely passed to our professional print lab partners solely for the purpose of printing and shipping your order.
Payment Processors: Your billing details are securely transmitted to our payment processor to complete your transactions.
4. Data Security and Retention
We take the security of your personal data seriously. Your information is stored behind password-protected systems. We retain your email address and order history only for as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate business tax records.
